Un/Uns/Uhs PU U-Cup Hydraulic Piston Rod Oil Seal
The UNS/UN Piston Rod Seal has a wide cross-section and is an asymmetrical u-shaped sealing ring with the same height of the inner and outer lips. It is easy to fit into a monolithic structure. Due to the wide cross-section, UNS Piston Rod Seal is generally used in a hydraulic cylinder with low pressure.Having been used very widely in hydraulic cylinders, UNS can be used for piston and rod applications because of having the height of both sealing lips equal.
Polyurethane (PU) is a special material that offers the resilience of rubber combined with the toughness and durableness. It allows people to substitute rubber, plastic and metal with PU. Polyurethane can reduce factory maintenance and OEM product cost. Polyurethane has better abrasion and tear resistance than rubbers, and offering higher load bearing capacity.
Compared PU with plastic, polyurethane not only offers excellent impact resistance, but also offers excellent wear resistant and high tensile strength. Polyurethane have subsituted metals in sleeve bearings, wear plates, conveyor rollers, rollers and various other parts, with benefits such as weight reduction, noise abatement and wear improvements.

Installation instructions
1: Make sure the mechine is chamfered; if not, use the mounting sleeve. 2: Deburr and chamfer or chamfer sharp edges; cover the end of the bolt threads to prevent scratches. 3: Remove processing residues, such as dust, debris and other external particles, and clean all parts.
4:Use non-sharp edge installation tools to prevent damage to seals and cylinders.

Q 1. What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.
Q 2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Generally it is 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 5-10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q 3. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
Q 4. Could you please tell us the month capacity of your products ?
A: It depends on which model, we produce more than 2500 tons rubber materials per month.
Q 5. what kind of certificates you have ?
A1: We have been ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certified by SGS since 2015.
A2: We have various rubber compounds approved by ROHS and REACH.
Q6: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
A1: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
